About Us
Inspired by the revitalization of downtown Redding, we gained vision to build luxury, furnished short-term housing for the traveling professionals who offer their skills to strengthen our community.
We purchased a vacant dirt lot and carefully designed a 12-unit building with working professionals in mind, in a super walkable location in the heart of downtown. Construction was just completed in 2022,

April LaFrance
April LaFrance is a real estate investor who grew up working alongside her family to manage their portfolio of rental properties. After working as a Registered Nurse out of college, and then raising a family, April became more involved in her community. She is passionate about people investing in their cities and has helped lead multiple projects in Redding to further catalyze the building of Redding's bright future. She is a former member of the Advisory Board for Mercy Medical Center Redding which is the largest healthcare system in Northern California.

Josh LaFrance
For more than two decades, Josh LaFrance has been a builder and a real estate developer. Josh has an incredible ability to envision the highest and best use for spaces. He enjoyed working with excellent local contractors when building the Lofts Redding building in downtown, Redding.
Josh takes great care in overseeing any maintenance needs at the Lofts Redding building in order to keep the property in excellent condition.
